Do basically what @Prov22 said, make lots of different tests to learn how to properly animate. Just don't overdo them or you will be stuck in an endless cycle of making useless tests that are all the same. When you get to the moment when you can make something bigger, innovate and make something that hasn't been done before, or at least try to build on it. Good luck m9
PS: Don't be like prov with not listening to others, you should listen to them and try to think about what they said and why. They said what they did because they want you to improve, and I think that's a good thing. Just don't listen to hate (by that I mean mindless insults), it doesn't help you in anyway.
Oh and prov if you're reading this I might've used less insults in my statements but I can assure you, they certainly aren't "mindless". I said them for a reason. If you put stuff on the internet, I can criticize it. Or at least I think it works like that.

Don't look at others... don't listen to others(except me for those few minutes)... make your stuff! Your own cool stuff. I know inside you have a great potential.
Dude, just follow those steps:
- Watch Krinkels' MC episodes again from start to the end to feel atmosphere of this violent Nevada
- Improve your animator's skill(watch tutorials on youtube and try to be more like krinkels, make movements more smooth and fast-paced.
- When you feel improvenets, upload tests with new style on newgrounds or youtube and see how people like your stuff more and more
- Then start making a movie with all the stuff you mastered doing tests.
- Be happy!
